Farah Bala is Founder & CEO of FARSIGHT, a Leadership EDIA Executive Coach, Consultant, and Speaker. She helps organizations and leaders build equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-oppression into the core of effective leadership, working with C-suite executives, creatives, and entrepreneurs across industries. She co-created Wonder Women, an executive women-of-color leadership community, and hosts the FARSIGHT Chats podcast. Her work has been featured in Forbes, and she's spoken at organizations including Yale University, the Ford Foundation, and the Forum for Workplace Inclusion. She holds a PCC coaching certification and an MFA in Theater from Sarah Lawrence College.
