Grace Tkach

Grace Tkach serendipitously fell into an HR career through a summer internship at global pharmaceutical and consumer products company SmithKline Beecham (now GSK) almost 30 years ago. What started as chance became a calling: for over 25 years, through a series of intentional career moves across large global brands like J.Crew, DuPont, and Ogilvy, and venture-backed biotech startups from seed to Series B, Grace has built a career on helping others find the joy in theirs.

That range of experience is exactly what makes her own path a case study in building one intentionally. Today, Grace is the founder of H2O People, working as a fractional HR consultant, a leadership coach, and an Emotional Agility® Certified Practitioner — and, for the past 15+ years, co-owner with her husband of the 2020 Best of Boston Brewery, Idle Hands Craft Ales. She holds an MBA from Michigan Ross, a BS from Wharton, and has held certifications as an ICF Associate Certified Coach, Mental Health First Aider, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
