This highly interactive session led by Farah Bala, Founder & CEO of FARSIGHT, will explore how power dynamics uniquely show up for Asian American Women and how to navigate them with greater awareness and intention. Through practical frameworks, guided reflection, and dialogue, participants will examine the power they hold, recognize the dynamics operating around them, and identify strategies to strengthen their influence, advocate for themselves and others, and lead with greater intention and authenticity.
