Windy Pham is a social impact manager at Insulet Corporation and the founder of Little Ant World, which creates bilingual children’s books and cultural events celebrating Vietnamese heritage. Having arrived from Vietnam at 17, she knows how isolating it feels when your culture goes unseen, and she now works to help families connect across cultures and generations. Her commitment to community began at Colby-Sawyer College, where she helped bring business and public health education to women in Nepal. Windy has received the Pathfinder Award from ACE NextGen and won the ElevAsian Pitch Competition for her leadership in the AAPI community.
